DEAD TROOPER Recording New EP

Oslo, Norway-based metallers DEAD TROOPER — who feature in their ranks members of 1349, GRIMFIST and ZEROZONIC — have released three studio video updates from the recording of their as-yet-untitled new EP. The forthcoming CD will be the band's first to feature Jon-Erik Bokn (ZEROZONIC) on drums and Tor R. Stavenes (1349) on bass.

DEAD TROOPER's latest album, "Cynicist", was released late last year in digital format and is now also available as a physical CD. The effort featured guest appearances by Frediablo (GRIMFIST, NECROPHAGIA), Ole Walaunet (GRIMFIST, THE BATTALION, DERIDE) and the female vocals of Helene Larsen.

DEAD TROOPER's new lineup made its live debut on June 12, 2009 at Musikkflekken in Sandvika, Norway.
