DENIAL FIEND To Tour Mexico For First TIme

DENIAL FIEND, the Tampa, Florida-based band featuring Terry Butler (SIX FEET UNDER, ex-MASSACRE, DEATH),Kam Lee (ex-MASSACRE, MANTAS),Curt Beeson (NASTY SAVAGE, LOWBROW) and Sam Williams (DOWN BY LAW, PSEUDO HEROES),will embark on its first-ever tour of Mexico in early June.

Commented Williams: "DENIAL FIEND are very excited to be descending upon Mexico to spread our plague. We can't wait to play for the best metal fans in the world, They are very passionate about there music. We will see you Necromaniacs soon. Let the blood flow!!!"

Confirmed dates are as follows (all three shows with MASSACRE):

June 06 - Monterrey, Mexico @ Factores Mutuos
June 07 - Mexico City, Mexico @ Circo Volador
June 08 - Guadalajara, Mexico @ Organoc

DENIAL FIEND is confirmed for this year's Central Illinois Metalfest, set to take place July 18-20 at the Canopy Club in Urbana, Illinois. The band will also open for OBITUARY on May 23 at The Crowbar, Tampa, Florida.

DENIAL FIEND released its debut album, "They Rise", last October via Ibex Moon Records. The CD, which was recorded at GL Studios in Brandon, Florida, retails with a bonus DVD called "Undead Vision", which is a short documentary/interview disc covering the history of the band members and the Tampa death metal scene, as well as offering more information on the origins of DENIAL FIEND.

DENIAL FIEND's "Dead Awakening" 7" EP was released in May 2007 through Ibex Moon Records. The EP consists of two alternate versions of the tracks "They Rise" and "Cover Me in Blood", which appear on the band's full-length. The pressing is limited to a mere 500 copies.
