DEVIAN Frontman Comments On Upcoming VADER Tour

January 21, 2008

After releasing their vicious debut "Ninewinged Serpent" on Century Media Records in October 2007, Swedish blackened death/thrash commando DEVIAN — featuring former MARDUK vocalist Legion — are now confirmed to join Polish death metal legends VADER on their 25th anniversary tour, with SEPTIC FLESH and INACTIVE MESSIAH completing the billing. Running from April until June 2008, this tour will be an excellent opportunity for DEVIAN to unleash all their destructive potential onstage and debut for European audiences.

DEVIAN vocalist Legion comments on the tour as follows: "The DEVIAN machine is geared up, deadly and so ready to take our music all over Europe! I've shared many a good time with Peter and the VADER boys over the years and we're gonna raise hell and kick ass in the name of metal to commemorate this VADER landmark. Fucking hell, 25 years and still going strong… that's amazing! Real troopers they are!"

Prior to the tour with VADER, DEVIAN will appear at the Namrock festival in Namur, Belgium on March 22 alongside CALIBAN, ABORTED, SAMAEL and other bands.
