DEVIN TOWNSEND BAND DVD Nearing Completion

According to a posting on Devin Townsend's (STRAPPING YOUNG LAD) web site, Townsend is continuing work on the DEVIN TOWNSEND BAND DVD. "With everything else going on, he has not been able to devote a consistent amount of time to the project but has been diligently working when time allows," the posting adds. "The audio should be mixed while he is on the promo tour, so not much longer to completion. He has also been writing and jamming the new DEVIN TOWNSEND BAND album that he hopes to begin recording after the STRAPPING YOUNG LAD tour."

The upcoming DEVIN TOWNSEND BAND DVD is expected to include a complete live performance, plus archival footage spanning Devin's entire career (including GREY SKIES and STEVE VAI material),and animations from Konrad (who was responsible for the animations in the DEVIN TOWNSEND BAND's "Storm" video).
