DEVOLVED Announce New Bandmembers

Australian tech-metallers DEVOLVED have announced the addition of new Los Angeles-based guitarist Brett Carpio to the group's ranks. Former bass player Leighton Kearns has also officially rejoined DEVOLVED. New band photos, images and member details will be added shortly. As previously reported the band is now located permanently in Los Angeles and is busy rehearsing for upcoming shows and tours, as well as writing new material. DEVOLVED are also planning a limited-edition release of their "Automation 002" EP in Australia featuring rare songs, cover tracks and video footage.

In other news, DEVOLVED guitarists Brett Noordin and Brett Carpio have signed new endorsement deals with Yamaha Guitars and Crate Amplifiers. Bass player Leighton Kearns is also an exclusive endorsee of Yamaha products. "The guys are extrememly pleased to be associated with both companies and their quality equipment," reads a posting on the group's web site.
