DIABOLICAL MASQUERADE Writing Material For New Album

Sweden's DIABOLICAL MASQUERADE, the side-project of KATATONIA guitarist Anders Nyström (a.k.a. Blakkheim),are currently composing/recording material for their as-yet-untitled fifth album, tentatively due in late 2003/early 2004 through Avantgarde Music. The follow-up to 2001's "Death's Design" will be a musical "cross between 'Nightwork' (1998) and 'Death's Design' — in other words lots of horror, weirdness and METAL!" according to the band's official web site. No further details are available at this time.
