DJ ASHBA Says 'It Would Be A Lot Of Fun' To Play With BEAUTIFUL CREATURES Again

June 20, 2012

During a recent interview with Anne Erickson of Audio Ink Radio guitarist DJ Ashba of GUNS N' ROSES and SIXX A.M. was asked about the possibility of one day getting back together with his former bandmates in California's BEAUTIFUL CREATURES. "I think I'd be fun to get together at some point and just jam for fun," he said. "They're all really good guys, and we all stay in contact still. But, I think all of us have moved on since then, and we're all doing our own thing. I think it'd be a lot of fun to get together at some point and jam, though. We've always joked about it and talked about it, but I don't see anything in the near future, because I know I'm definitely pretty slammed with my schedule. I do have a lot of respect for the guys and always wish them the best."

Warner Bros. Records signed BEAUTIFUL CREATURES in 2001, and they promptly earned a spot opening for KISS, did an HBO "Reverb" concert, played Ozzfest and spent a year on the Rolling Rock Tour before heading to Japan.

Ashba joined GUNS N' ROSES in March 2009 following the departure of Robin Finck.
