DOGPOUND: 'III' Release Date Announced

Swedish hard rockers DOGPOUND will release their third album, entitled "III", on March 21. The follow-up to 2005's "A Night in the Gutter" is currently being mixed by Peter Tägtgren (HYPOCRISY, PAIN, DIMMU BORGIR, CELTIC FROST) at the Abyss Studios in Sweden.

The band previously stated about the new songs, "Of the few that have heard the new material (close friends and family) we've got a very positive response so far. Some people taking it so far as saying that it's by far the best songs we've ever written...! But I'll have to say, that if you liked 'A Night in the Gutter', you'll probably enjoy the coming one just as much...hopefully even more! You know, we are who we are and there's no way we'll change, stubborn bastards as we are!"

DOGPOUND's cover of GARY MOORE's "Led Clones", featuring a guest appearance on vocals by Peter Tägtgren (HYPOCRISY, PAIN),was included on the Lion Music compilation "Give Us Moore".
