EXORDIUM MORS: Debut EP Now Available

November 24, 2007

New Zealand-based technical black metallers EXORDIUM MORS have released their debut EP, "Serva Ad Mors", through Australia's Stigmartyr Records.

According to PyroMusic.net, EXORDIUM MORS "spent the lead-up to 2007 refining material while finding time to hit the live front in preparation for the release of their debut EP, which was recorded in January 2007. While black metal at heart, 'Serva Ad Mors' takes the aggression and ferocity one comes to expect form the genre and adds a new dimension with torrents of technicality, provided primarily at the hands of the band's six-stringers who deliver a flood of ridiculous riffery which manages to add greatly to the songs. 'Serva Ad Mors' clocks in at 25 minutes, featuring four weighty tracks. The release includes a foldout poster booklet which contains album artwork on one side, and all song lyrics etc. on the other."

EXORDIUM MORS plans to record a follow-up in the first half of 2008.
