Former LIGHT THIS CITY Members Launch HEARTSOUNDS

Former LIGHT THIS CITY vocalist Laura Nichol and drummer Ben Murray have joined forces in a new project called HEARTSOUNDS. The band's debut album, "Until We Surrender", will be released on August 25 via Ben's label, Creator-Destructor Records.

HEARTSOUNDS came into being after the demise of LIGHT THIS CITY when Murray and Nichol decided to pursue their passion for punk rock by writing and recording a full-length record consisting of 12 fast and melodic tracks. Ben and Laura once again returned to LIGHT THIS CITY producer, Zack Ohren, for the recording, mixing and mastering of the LP.
