Former MEGADETH Guitarist GLEN DROVER To Offer Online Lessons

November 12, 2008

Former MEGADETH/KING DIAMOND guitarist Glen Drover has posted the following message on his MySpace page:

"I am looking into providing online live guitar lessons in the very near future as I have had so many people inquire to me about doing this from many different places, etc. For those of you who do express interest in doing this, please contact me through my MySpace site. I will keep you informed as to all the specifics, etc. At the moment, I am recording a few different bands here in my recording studio, thus as usual, I am keeping quite busy, though I am enjoying myself, and that's all that matters to me in the end."

Glen Drover filled in for Alex Skonick on TESTAMENT's recent Mexican dates with JUDAS PRIEST because Skolnick had prior commitments with the TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA.

Video footage of Glen Drover playing the MEGADETH tracks "Tornado of Souls" and "Dawn Patrol" and talking about his Dean guitar on February 13, 2008 at the Metalworks Institute in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada can be viewed below (courtesy of "An3sh").

Glen Drover left MEGADETH at the end of last year and was replaced by Chris Broderick, who has previously played with NEVERMORE and JAG PANZER.
