'Gene Simmons Family Jewels - The Complete Season Two' Being Released On DVD

October 9, 2007

According to KissNews.de, A&E Home Video will release "Gene Simmons Family Jewels - The Complete Season Two" DVD set on November 20, 2007. Amazon.com is now taking pre-orders for the sale price of $26.19. The three-disc set also features the bonus episode "It Was A Very Good Year" and never-before-seen clips.

Metromix.com reported in August that the A&E network is already talking about a possible fourth season of "Gene Simmons Family Jewels" (which just wrapped season 2). That's just fine with Simmons, who embraces his persona of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll.
"My life's an open book," Simmons said. "There is no reason why anybody should ever show up in the rags that women buy on the way out of the supermarket — you know, the 'National This' or 'Enquirer That.' The only reason people show up in the magazine is because they have dual lives — a public life and a secret life. I don't have a secret life."
