GHOULUNATICS To Release New Album In The Fall
March 18, 2006Montreal deathcore act GHOULUNATICS will be taking a short break in order to finish writing the the material for their fifth studio album, tentatively due in September/October. A Canadian tour will follow the album's release. The band are presently in talks about a possible return to Europe and are trying to secure distribution for the new album overseas.
GHOULUNATICS' fourth studio album, "Sabacthany", came out in May 2004 through Galy Records. A live album, entitled "It's Alive!", received a simultaneous release.
"Sabacthany" was recorded at Wild Studio by Yannick St-Amand, and was mixed and mastered by Pierre Rémillard (CRYPTOPSY, KRISIUN, GORGUTS). "It's Alive!" was recorded on Halloween 2003 in Montreal, Canada by Mathieu Bérubé, and was mixed and mastered by Yannick St-Amand.
GHOULUNATICS released a 10th anniversary DVD, "Blood Curdling Years", last year via Galy Records/F.A.B. distribution.
