GIRLSCHOOL Enter Studio

August 17, 2005

According to a posting on GIRLSCHOOL's official web site, the long-running British female hard rockers entered the studio on Tuesday (Aug. 16) to re-record their tracks "Emergency" and "London". It is not presently clear where the new recordings will surface.

GIRLSCHOOL have confirmed they will open for MOTÖRHEAD on their U.K. tour in October/November. The band were one of the special guests at MOTÖRHEAD's 30th Anniversary show, which took place on June 16 at The Hammersmith Apollo in London, U.K.

GIRLSCHOOL are continuing to tour in support of their first-ever live DVD, "Girlschool Live at the Garage", and their 2004 album, "Believe".
