Got $100 To Spare? See BRET MICHAELS Play 'Intimate' Show In Ocala This Weekend

October 23, 2008

According to Ocala.com, POISON singer Bret Michaels will perform an "intimate" gig at Coconut Jack's Beach Club in Ocala, Florida on Saturday, October 25 in front of about 500 fans. Tickets are $100 to $120 and include refreshments.

"I love doing these kinds of shows," the 45-year-old singer said during a phone interview this week. "In the arenas and festivals, you can feel so far away from the very people that made you what you are. This gives me a chance to look at every single face in the building.

"The POISON shows are pretty rehearsed with a specific set list, lighting cues and pyro. With my solo band, I walk out on stage and usually don't know what we're going to play or what order we're going to play it in. I get to feel the audience and ride it like a wave."
