IN AETERNUM Part Ways With Guitarist, Seek Replacement

January 9, 2006

Swedish death/black metallers IN AETERNUM have posted the following message on their official web site:

"Things have been very quite since last year's tour. What we did after the tour was to take some time off from the band and do other things to clear our heads and think about the future.

"Last weekend me (David Larsson, guitar/vocals) and Perra [Per Karlsson, drums] finally teamed up and started rehearsing for the first time in seven months. It felt very relaxed and stimulating. So we managed to compose rough versions of two new songs. No titles as of now.

"Also today we where informed that Daniel [Nilsson-Sahlin, guitar] have chosen to leave the band due to personal issues and musical differencies. No hard feelings. Life goes on even after death.

"So what we are doing at the moment is auditioning new guitar players. As soon as we have something to tell we will let you all know about it.

"So as you can guess things will move a bit slow as we are in no hurry whatsoever."

IN AETERNUM released their fourth album, "Dawn Of A New Aeon", last year via Agonia Records.
