INNER EDEN Parts Ways With Singer, Announces Replacement
June 1, 2010London, U.K.-based metallers INNER EDEN have parted ways with singer Holly Bolus (KELTIC JIHAD) and have replaced her with Christina Gajny, formerly of U.K. industrial metallers INTERLOCK. According to a press release, "Christina brings to the band a new vocal style and a wealth of live and studio experience.
"Christina is well known for her unique ability to change between powerful clean vocals to immense growls and screams."
Christina will make her live debut with INNER EDEN on Saturday, June 26 at the Scala, King's Cross, London, supporting ESOTERICA, GODSIZED and DIVA SUICIDE.
INNER EDEN is currently re-recording five tracks, which will be the first to feature the band's new lineup, also consisting of Jay "The Machine" Murphy (AXIS OF EVIL) on guitar, Paul "PJ" Williams on guitar, John Rae (WYKKED WYTCH, PAIN CONTROL) on drums, Hans Stiles (DARK HERESY, OBSIDIAN) on bass and Adrian Carloss (PAIN CONTROL, HOSTILE) on keyboards and backing vocals.
INNER EDEN's last release was the "Re:Birth" EP (2009),which was produced and mixed by Dan Sprigg (NAPALM DEATH, CRADLE OF FILTH, BRING ME THE HORIZON) and mastered by Tim Turan (AT THE GATES, EMPEROR, MOTÖRHEAD). The band will also begin work on its first promotional video later this month.
