IRON MAIDEN Singer On Upcoming Movie: 'I've Got No Idea What It's Going To Be Like'

IRON MAIDEN frontman Bruce Dickinson spoke to Kerrang.com about the band's first ever movie, "Iron Maiden: Flight 666", which is scheduled to receive its worldwide premiere on April 21.

Billed as an "intimate, behind-the-scenes rock 'n' roll adventure," "Flight 666" was helmed by award-winning documentary-makers Banger Films Inc., who followed the six members of MAIDEN around the world on last year's marathon Somewhere Back In Time world tour, playing to massive, sold-out crowds in far flung corners of the world as India and Australia, and Costa Rica and Japan.

Speaking to Kerrang.com, Dickinson said: "'Flight 666' is a snapshot of life in a rock band. We've never given anybody access to everything and they had access to everything, 24/7!

"When we went out for a beer, they'd be there," he added. “The only thing they didn't do was film us having a shit."

Dickinson claims that he has yet to see the documentary and doesn't know what to expect.

"I've got no idea what it's going to be like," he nervously laughed. "I genuinely have no idea. So I'm just waiting to see what they make of us."
