JANI LANE: More Solo Tour Dates Announced

Former WARRANT frontman Jani Lane has announced the following solo dates:

Jun. 27 - Soft Rock Cafe - Dayton, OH
Jun. 29 - Jaycee's Festival - Hobart, IN
Jun. 30 - Alrosa Villa - Columbus, OH
Jul. 01 - Annie’s Outdoor Pavilion - Cincinnati, OH
Jul. 02 - Rhythm House Cafe - Bridgeville, PA
Jul. 13 - Revolution - Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Jul. 15 - Bourbon Street Concert Club - New Port Richey, FL
Jul. 19 - House of Blues - Myrtle Beach, SC
Jul. 21 - N Club - Greensboro, NC

As previously reported, Lane has taken a little side step and has recorded some new rock tunes under the moniker ANGEL CITY OUTLAWS. RATT drummer Bobby Blotzer and a few other '80s-era rockers are part of the band. Samples of three songs — "Serial Killer", "Bruised", and "Exit" — can be heard on www.myspace.com/janilane.

Lane's "Back Down to One" solo album, which was originally released in June 2003 via Z Records, was recently reissued with three extra tracks. Jani is also looking for a suitable label to release his "Jabberwocky" project, which was bootlegged from the studio before it was finished and mixed and was eventually sold for upwards of $100 on eBay a few years ago.

Lane is working on material for a new solo record. No further information is currently available.
