JOE LYNN TURNER: Lineup Confirmed For Upcoming Shows

September 18, 2007

Legendary hard rock vocalist Joe Lynn Turner (ex-DEEP PURPLE, RAINBOW, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN) will perform at the Crazy Donkey in Long Island on Thursday, September 20 as a wam-up gig for his European dates. His band will include a cohort of fellow "previously-played-with-Ritchie-Blackmore" musicians:

Greg Smith (ex-RAINBOW) - Bass
Carmine Gigglio (ex-BLACKMORE'S NIGHT) - Keyboards
Mike Sorrentino (ex-BLACKMORE'S NIGHT) - Drums
Karl Cochran - Guitar

The set will be a mix of DEEP PURPLE, RAINBOW, and Joe's originals songs. It appears that the same lineup will also perform at the upcoming Joe Lynn Turner shows in Spain and Germany. The dates are as follows:

Sep. 26 - Luz De Gas - Barcelona, Spain
Sep. 28 - Heineken - Madrid, Spain
Sep. 30 - United Forces Of Rock III Fest - Ludwigsburg, Germany
