JOEY JORDISON Talks New ROB ZOMBIE Music, Upcoming MURDERDOLLS Album

On July 11, drummer Joey Jordison (SLIPKNOT, MURDERDOLLS, ROB ZOMBIE) was interviewed by Scott Less of the 101.7 The Fox radio station at the Mountain View, California stop of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival. Watch the chat below.

Jordison made his live debut as a member of Rob Zombie's touring band on April 8 at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards at Club Nokia in downtown Los Angeles.

Joey sat behind the kit for the "Gruesome Twosome" tour, which featured Zombie along with his longtime pal, Alice Cooper.

Rob Zombie headed into the studio earlier this month to record four new songs with his touring band, which includes Jordison. Zombie wrote that the new material is "some of the fastest and heaviest tracks we have recorded in a long, long time." The new music will be available in September, although Zombie did not say how it will be released.
