JOHN 5 Talks About JAMMIT At NAMM (Video)

January 19, 2011

Harmony Central conducted an interview with ROB ZOMBIE/ex-MARILYN MANSON guitarist John 5 at the Jammit booth at this past weekend's NAMM (National Association Of Music Merchants) show at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. You can now watch the chat below.

Jammit is a multi-functional tool that allows users to listen, remix, learn, and play along with master recordings of popular classic and current songs from their favorite artists.

"What makes Jammit unique is that it lets users interact with the original recordings of the artists they love," said Scott Humphrey, CEO and co-founder of OEM Inc., a premier developer of software for musicians and music enthusiasts. "By providing this unprecedented access, we’re enabling people to learn these fantastic songs at their own pace and in their own style."

Jammit formats the master recordings of your favorite music with easy-to-read, synced notation and the unique capability to rebalance the mix. Listen to the guitar part by itself, and you'll learn how to play it exactly the way it was recorded by the original artist.
