KREATOR Line Up Festival Appearances, Start Work On Live CD/DVD

February 10, 2002

KREATOR will be rejoining their recent touring mates DESTRUCTION and SODOM for two Greek dates next week before lining up additional European shows in April/May. Japanese, North American and South American tours are currently in the works as well. KREATOR have also been confirmed for several European summer festivals, including Gods of Metal, Graspop, With Full Force, Wacken Open Air and others. In other news, KREATOR have started listening to the tapes of the more than 20 live shows they've recorded during their last European tour with a view towards compiling the first live album in the history of KREATOR, tentatively due at the end of the year. The CD/DVD will contain a huge high-quality photobook with impressions of the Violent Revolution tour that is being developed in conjunction with the band's favorite photographer Dirk Schelpmeier. The cover artwork will once again feature a surrealistic painting by Andreas Marshall, and the final mixes will be done by acclaimed producer Andy Undie Sneap at his Backstage facility. The DVD will also contain a documentary of the band's first ever apearance in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. Also on the KREATOR front, the group's video for the title track to their recent Violent Revolution opus has reached the number one position on Viva Poland's Rock Charts.

Upcoming KREATOR live appearances:

Feb. 16 - Athens, GRE @ Woodstock (w/LEPROSY)
Feb. 17 - Thessaloniki, GRE @ Hydrogios
Mar. 16 Granada, SPA @ Festival Pinos Puente (w/EDGUY)
