LYNCH MOB To Release Live DVD

March 27, 2003

Former DOKKEN and current LYNCH MOB/LP guitarist George Lynch has posted the following message to his official web site, www.georgelynch.com:

"I'm sorry it's been so long since the last update, but we [LYNCH MOB] have all been really busy rehearsing and getting the show on the road. We just finished the first 2 weeks of shows and the fan response has been fantastic. We played 2 small warmup shows and then opened the tour at the Key Club in Hollywood to a packed house. We played a secret show at the Viper Room in Hollywood Monday night and then immediately got on the bus for Denver. I am writing this as we are cruising down the highway, enjoying the beautiful scenery on the way to Colorado. Overall this tour has been a lot of fun and it has been great meeting the fans after the shows. We filmed a DVD at the Key Club and we will be back in the studio April 1st mixing the live show for release later in the year. We have been writing songs on the bus and at soundcheck and we will start recording some of them in April also for a new album which we hope to have out by the end of the year. We are playing a one-off show with RATT at the House of Blues in Hollywood on April 4th and are in the planning stages of an east coast tour in mid May, followed by a possible Japanese tour in early July. In mid July we will be hitting the road with THIN LIZZY for a 5 to 6 week tour across the U.S. [also set to include JASON BONHAM and ANGEL—ed]. We are very excited about this tour as we are all huge THIN LIZZY & John Sykes fans. I will update everyone when we have confirmed dates for the various legs of the tour. I would like to thank everyone of you that has attended the shows, we really appreciate the support and kind words we have received. Don't forget, the 'Revolution' CD comes out on April 29th. We'll see you all on the road."
