MÖTLEY CRÜE Bassist: 'I Feel Bad For Everyone In The Southern U.S.'

September 23, 2005

MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx has posted the following message in his online diary:

"We're all here in Little Rock for a day off. All in all, a pretty uneventful day and I think that's just what the doctor ordered. I tried to sleep on and off today but I think I'm just too tired. It comes in waves when you've been on the road for months on end. It shows on your face, in the way you walk, and mostly, honestly, in your eyes. Considering all that's going on with first Katrina, and now Rita, I'd call this a quality problem. I may miss my family and friends but I at least know where they are. I feel bad for everyone in the southern United States today. For me, it's another cigarette, another cup of hotel coffee and another flip of the TV channel. All things some can't or may never enjoy again."
