MÖTLEY CRÜE Bassist, L.A. GUNS Guitarist Set Name For Side Project

MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist Nikki Sixx and L.A. GUNS axeman Tracii Guns have apparently set COCKSTAR as the name of their new project, which also features in its ranks ADEMA's Kris Kohl on drums, L.A. GUNS bassist Adam Hamilton on guitar, and a curiously-named London on lead vocals.

"I have been writing and recording everyday on the bus new songs for my new band COCKSTAR," Guns wrote via his official web site. "Nikki and London have been writing on the weekends,,, and their songs sound great although I just hear them over my cell phone most of the time. The new stuff is pretty heavy with lots of energy and London is simply amazing. His voice over our music just doesn't sound typical (HE'S AMAZING). Well, we start rehearsing September 16th back home in Hollyweird. Adam will be playing guitar, keyboards and weird sounds in the band.., So between jammin' with L.A. GUNS and writing for COCKSTAR, I have been playing guitar at least 4 or 5 hours a day so. My playing is at its best game for the moment, so I am happy..."
