MALADY Sign With ROBOTIC EMPIRE RECORDS

Northern Virginia's MALADY have inked a deal with Robotic Empire Records. The band will enter the studio in May to record a new CD EP/12-inch for a July release.

The follow-up to last year's self-titled album "expands leaps and bounds on the band's already dark and intense indie/rock amalgamation," according to a press release. "By merging their mighty, seizing rhythm section with expanded atmospheric guitars MALADY widens their already unique sound into the uncharted territories between post-hardcore, ambient and other experimental dark rock music."

MALADY will embark on a West Coast tour between August 5 and August 23 with GSL recording artists COAXIAL. Exact cities and dates will be announced soon.
