MALPRACTICE Begins Recording New Album

March 14, 2012

Finnish progressive metallers MALPRACTICE have entered Astia Studios in Lappeenranta, Finland to begin recording their fourth album.

The band's deal with Spinefarm ended in early 2011, at which point the musicians already had over an album's worth of material ready to lay down.

"We decided not to just sit on this gem we have written," says guitarist Joonas Koto. "This kind of an album totally deserves to be released."

Currently unsigned, MALPRACTICE's new album will once again be produced by Koto and drummer Toni Paananen.

"We don’t know when or who will release the album yet, but it will come out eventually one way or another," adds Koto.

MALPRACTICE is:

Joonas Koto - Guitar
Toni Paananen - Drums
Aleksi Parviainen - Vocals
Markus Vanhala - Guitar
Jonas Mäki - Bass
