MARIONETTE Begins Recording Debut Album; Video Available

Gothenburg, Sweden-based melodic death metal act MARIONETTE has entered a studio in Borås with producer Simon Exner to begin recording its debut album, due later in the year via an as-yet-undisclosed label. The first episode of the band's video diary from the recording studio can be viewed below.

MARIONETTE's "Terror Hearts" EP was recorded in late 2006 with Henryk Lipp (BURST) and Christian Silver (SONIC SYNDICATE, BY NIGHT). It was mixed and mastered by Fredrik Nordström (IN FLAMES, AT THE GATES, DARK TRANQUILLITY) in December 2006. The demo since has gained praise from underground and mainstream media alike in Sweden.
