March 29, 2008As BLABBERMOUTH.NET first reported on March 18, MASTODON was one of the scheduled performers at the finals of the U.S. Open Snowboarding Championships at Stratton Mountain in Vermont.
The 26th annual competition bills itself as "the Most Righteous Snowboarding Battle of the Ages," according to The Associated Press. It includes under-the-tent jousting demonstrations and features halfpipe, slopestyle and big air events.
This year, NBC televised the finals, on tape delay, on Sunday, March 23.
