MAYHEM, Ex-INTO ETERNITY Members To Guest On New TOBY KNAPP Album

Attila Cishar of MAYHEM and Dean Sternberg (ex-INTO ETERNITY) will contribute guest vocals to "The Campaign", the new solo album from former ONWARD and current GODLESS RISING guitarist Toby Knapp. Tentatively due in November/December via Shredguy Records, the CD will contain mostly "instrumental shred inspired by my biggest influences: Page, Fripp, Lifeson, Beck, Blackmore, Takasaki, Malmsteen, etc." according to Knapp. The CD artwork will be created by Jumali, who designed the art for Toby's previous album, "Misanthropy Divine".

Commented Knapp: "Originally I was going to have a guest vocalist on each song, but the drive to record armies of guitar has made me lose interest in that; it would be too difficult anyway and would delay the album."
