MEGADETH To Receive Support From JOB FOR A COWBOY, EVILE On UK Tour

MEGADETH's web site has been updated with the following message:

"The UK run of MEGADETH's tour this spring has been rebranded under the Gigantour banner. Gigantour UK will make its debut in Norwich on February 17th and finish up in London on February 24th. Scheduled for the main support is special guest JOB FOR A COWBOY, and thanks to the support of TheLiveLine.com, fans' votes helped to put UK's own EVILE into the opening spot on the tour."

The dates are as follows:

Feb. 17 - Norwich, UK - UEA
Feb. 18 - Nottingham, UK - Rock City
Feb. 19 - Glasgow, Scotland - Academy
Feb. 20 - Newcastle, UK - Academy
Feb. 22 - Birmingham, UK - Academy
Feb. 23 - Manchester, UK - Academy
Feb. 24 - London, UK - Brixton Academy

The North American edition of Gigantour will kick off mid-April and run through the end of May. Joining MEGADETH on the bill will be IN FLAMES, CHILDREN OF BODOM, JOB FOR A COWBOY and HIGH ON FIRE.

The inaugural Gigantour, which also featured DREAM THEATER and FEAR FACTORY, spawned CD and DVD releases.
