MELECHESH Interviewed On AUX's 'Hard' (Video)
May 12, 2011Sumerian thrashing black metallers MELECHESH were interviewed for an episode of "Hard" on the AUX music channel out of Canada when the band played in Toronto, Ontario on March 16, 2011. The segment can now be viewed below.
MELECHESH recently amicably parted ways with bassist Rahm, who joined the band a year ago. The remaining members of the group cited "professional reasons" as the reason for the split.
Commented MELECHESH mainman Ashmedi: "The band unanimously decided it is best to part ways with Rahm due to professional reasons that could have seriously affected the well-being of the band. We wish him nothing but the best, we had good times. For now we will be auditioning bass players/backing vocalists."
MELECHESH will start auditioning experienced bass players effective immediately.
Candidate requirements:
* Interest in the themes and music of MELECHESH is paramount
* Of semi-sound and open mind
* Skilled musician
* Team player
* Living in or around The Netherlands is a plus
Applicants should send, recordings, musical resumes as well as photos and videos.

MELECHESH's latest album, "The Epigenesis", was recorded in the newly built Babajim Studios in Istanbul, Turkey and was mixed by Reuben de Lautour and mastered by Pieter Snapper.
The "The Epigenesis" cover art was created by the U.K.-based renowned occult artist John Coulthart, who had already collaborated with MELECHESH in the past.
