METALLICA: Stockholm Show Voted Sweden's Best Concert Of The Summer

METALLICA's sold-out show at Stadion in Stockholm on July 12, 2007 was voted Sweden's best concert of the summer, according to a poll conducted by the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet. The San Francisco band received 28.1% of the votes, followed by ROLLING STONES, whose concert at Ullevi in Gothenburg came in second with only 8.2% of the votes. OZZY OSBOURNE (6.9%),IN FLAMES (6.0%) and AEROSMITH (5.6%) rounded out the Top 5. The best festival of the summer was Sweden Rock, with 36.4% of the votes.
