MNEMIC To Film 'Meaningless' Video
September 12, 2006Danish modern metallers MNEMIC are preparing to shoot the video for their new single, "Meaningless", with director Patric Ulleaus (DIMMU BORGIR, IN FLAMES, LACUNA COIL) of Revolver Film Company. The video will be shot in Gothenburg, Sweden at the Revolver Studios.
MNEMIC recently mixed its as third album at Antfarm Studios in Aarhus, Denmark with producer Tue Madsen (HALFORD, THE HAUNTED). 13 tracks were recorded for the effort, including "Psyko Orgasm", "Shape of the Formless" and "Into The Nothingness Black". The album artwork will be created by Asterik Studios (ANTHRAX, UNEARTH).
MNEMIC's recent recording sessions in Los Angeles marked the first time that the band recorded in America and represent the second production project of FEAR FACTORY guitarist Christian Olde Wolbers for Nuclear Blast (as he recently turned the knobs for THREAT SIGNAL's debut, "Under Reprisal"). The new CD will feature guest appearances by Jeff Walker (CARCASS) and Shane Embury (NAPALM DEATH). An early 2007 release via Nuclear Blast Records is expected.
