MORIFADE Completes Recording New Album

August 26, 2008

Sweden's MORIFADE has finished recording its fourth full-length album at White Light Studio in Linköping for a late 2008/early 2009 release. "We are very satisfied and now it's just some minor editing left and then off to mix and mastering," the band says.

The group previously stated, "We have 11 new songs to record and this will be the first album with the most recent lineup even though both Kristian [Wallin; vocals] and Mathias [Kamijo; guitar] have been members of the band for some time now."

MORIFADE last year posted a new song, entitled "Shadeless", at this location.

The band parted ways with guitarist Jesper Johansson in October 2005 due to personal differences.

MORIFADE is currently unsigned following a split with Holland's Karmageddon Media (formerly Hammerheart Records),the label that issued the band's most recent album, "Domi<>nation".
