MUDVAYNE Guitarist GREG TRIBBETT Releases Debut Single From DEAD WYTE Project

DEAD WYTE, the new project featuring guitarist Greg Tribbett (MUDVAYNE, ex-HELLYEAH) and his brother, vocalist Derrick "Tripp" Tribbett (ex-DOPE, TWISTED METHOD),has released its debut single, "Mother Trucker". The official Dusten Boles-directed video for the track can be seen below.

Greg Tribbett is best known as the guitarist and founding member of MUDVAYNE, where his crushing guitar tone, rhythmic precision and unmistakable groove helped define the band's aggressive sound. His combination of heavy, percussive riffing, unconventional rhythms and dark atmosphere became an essential part of MUDVAYNE's musical identity.

In addition to MUDVAYNE and HELLYEAH, Greg spent time with a short-lived band called AUDIOTOPSY.

His brother, Derrick "Tripp" Lee Tribbett, made his mark as the frontman of TWISTED METHOD, bringing an intense vocal presence and raw energy to the Florida-based band. Tripp's combination of aggression, melody and emotion gave TWISTED METHOD a distinctive voice during the explosive early-2000s heavy music scene.

Derrick also spent time as a bassist and backing vocalist for DOPE. Under the nickname Sinister, he appeared on the 2009 VH1 reality show "Daisy Of Love", starring Daisy De La Hoya, the runner-up of the VH1 reality dating show "Rock Of Love 2".

Although their musical paths developed through different bands, Greg and Tripp share the same foundation: family, intensity, creativity and a lifelong connection to heavy music.
