MY DARKEST HATE Part Ways With Vocalist, Bassist; Replacements Announced

MY DARKEST HATE, the German death metal band featuring former PRIMAL FEAR drummer Klaus Sperling, have parted ways with singer Chris Simper and bassist Oliver Schort. Replacing them in the group's current formation are Claudio Enzler (SACRIFICIUM) on vocals and Alex Palma (LUNA FIELD) on bass.

MY DARKEST HATE have just released their fourth album, "Combat Area", via Massacre Records. The band recorded the follow-up to 2004's "At War" at Stage One studios in Borgentreich, Germany with producer Andy Classen (CALLENISH CIRCLE, TANKARD, OCCULT).

MY DARKEST HATE have been confirmed for the Ancient Spirit Festival IV, set to take place May 27 at Universal D.O.G. in Lahr, Germany. Other bands scheduled to appear include TANKARD, CATARACT and FRAGMENTS OF UNBECOMING.
