New PRONG Drummer: TOMMY VICTOR 'Has A Heart Of Gold'

November 12, 2005

Current PRONG drummer Aaron Rossi has sent the following message to BLABBERMOUTH.NET:

"I never played drums for MEDICATION, damn it!! I auditioned for them, and that's about it. After the audition, I ended up recording a demo with Logan Mader [ex-MEDICATION, MACHINE HEAD, SOULFLY]. That was years ago now. For my proper credits check out www.myspace.com/AaronLoser. Thank you.

"I am in Vegas right now, about to shred it up with PRONG at the Empire Ballroom. The shows have gone well so far, and I cant wait for the tour in February!! Thank you to everyone who has come out and supported PRONG...I appreciate it, and the band appreciates it. This is a fun experience for me working with Tommy [Victor, PRONG guitarist/vocalist]. The guy is like an uncle to me. I heard a lot of rumors about Tommy before working with him, but none are true. The guy has a heart of gold...so don't let the New York attitude throw you off. I am still just starting out, and I refuse to stop playing drums until I've ripped everyone a new asshole. Watch out for flying sticks!!

"My first album came out in stores! I performed on John 5's 'Songs for Sanity'. John played guitar for MARILYN MANSON and is a crazy shredder. Steve Vai performed on the song 'Perenium' that I played on. Trip out man!!

"PRONG fans are the best!! Looking forward to meeting more of you!! Take care and I'll see you at the shows in February!"

As previously reported, a brand-new PRONG demo track, entitled "Looking for Them", has been posted online at MySpace.com.

"Looking for Them" is expected to appear on the group's follow-up to 2004's "Scorpio Rising", tentatively due next year via Locomotive Music.

PRONG's current lineup is as follows:

Tommy Victor - Lead Guitar, Vocals
Monte Pittman - Guitar
Mike Longworth - Bass
Aaron Rossi – Drums

PRONG will be embarking on a U.S. tour in early February. Confirmed dates can be found at this location.
