NIGHTWISH Guitarist EMPPU VUORINEN's BROTHER FIRETRIBE: 'Diamond In The Firepit' Due In May

BROTHER FIRETRIBE — the Finnish AOR/hard rock band featuring NIGHTWISH guitarist Emppu Vuorinen — will release its third album, "Diamond In The Firepit", on May 2 via Spinefarm Records. The CD's first single and video, "For Better Or For Worse", will arrive on March 21.

BROTHER FIRETRIBE will play an album-release show on May 3 at Virgin Oil in Helsinki.

In other news, Spinefarm Records will re-release BROTHER FIRETRIBE's previous two albums, "False Metal" and "Heart Full Of Fire". Due in April, the reissues will contain bonus tracks.

"Heart Full Of Fire" entered the Finnish chart at position No. 6 back in May 2008. The CD has since been certified gold in Finland.

BROTHER FIRETRIBE released a concert DVD, "Live At Apollo", in February 2010 via Spinefarm. The disc was shot on April 15, 2009 at the Apollo in Helsinki and featured a guest appearance by then-NIGHTWISH singer Anette Olzon on the song "Heart Full Of Fire".
