NIKKI SIXX To Guest On Season Premiere Of 'L.A. Ink'
July 22, 2010MÖTLEY CRÜE/SIXX: A.M. bassist Nikki Sixx will make an appearance in the premiere episode of the new season of "L.A. Ink", which features his on-again girlfriend and 28-year-old tattoo artist Kat Von D (born Katherine Von Drachenberg).
The new season of "L.A. Ink" begins airing on August 11 at 10/9c on TLC.
Sixx is currently working on a new book and accompanying SIXX: A.M. album for a tentative late 2010/early 2011 release.
Sixx, along with host of the evening, Kat Von D, will celebrate the launch of Nikki's nationally syndicated radio program "The Side Show with Nikki Sixx" tonight (Thursday, July 22) on Los Angeles' most-talked-about radio station, 98-7fm.
"The Side Show with Nikki Sixx" premiered on 98-7fm on July 10 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The nationally syndicated weekend program from Premiere Radio Networks spotlights the internationally renowned bassist in his role as radio host and tastemaker. In addition to featuring chart-topping music each week, Sixx spotlights new and emerging artists, talks with guests from all areas of entertainment, and shares his personal new music picks.
