PAINMUSEUM/TESTAMENT Guitarist Teams Up With MUSICIAN'S FRIEND

February 15, 2005

Guitarist "Metal" Mike Chlasciak (PAINMUSEUM, TESTAMENT, HALFORD) has teamed up with the world's largest musical equipment company, Musician's Friend, in order to bring a Metal Mike Gear Shop. Metal Mike Gear Shop makes it easy for guitar fanatics to find out about and directly purchase equipment as used by Chlasciak. The exclusive home for this new operation is only at Painmuseum.com.

Metal Mike commented on the new online store: "Throughout the last few years we have received several hundred e-mails asking about the type of guitar, amp, strings, effect, picks that I use. And it wasn't always easy to refer everybody into a one stop operation that offered these products for sale. Now, we have that available. While at Painmuseum.com we also invite everybody to look into the Metal Mike Armory Store where we are currently offering a band signed PAINMUSEUM 'Metal For Life' album at low prices. This includes free shipping worldwide. We are also liquidating the remaining pressing of my three solo albums. These will be eventually remastered and reissued. So once the current version is sold out, they are sold out forever."

PAINMUSEUM's debut album, "Metal For Life", will be released in Europe on March 14 through Demolition Records (via Universal distribution). "Metal For Life" features Chlasciak, Bobby Jarzombek (ICED EARTH, HALFORD, RIOT),Steve DiGiorgio (DEATH, TESTAMENT, SADUS) and newcomer Tim Clayborne (HATRED). The album was mixed by Roy Z. (JUDAS PRIEST, HALFORD, BRUCE DICKINSON) and mastered by James Murphy (DISINCARNATE, DEATH).

You can preview sound samples from the entire CD at this location.
