April 13, 2006

Several photos of this past Sunday's (April 9) road accident scene in Danvers, Massachusetts involving members of HOOKERS 'N' BLOW — the band featuring GUNS N' ROSES keyboardist Dizzy Reed, guitarist Alex Grossi (ex-QUIET RIOT, BEAUTIFUL CREATURES),drummer Troy Patrick Farrell (WHITE LION),and bassist Scottie Griffin (LIARS AND CHEATS) — have been posted online at Farrell's official web site. According to Troy, "Grossi, Griffin and [vocalist] Pearl (RATT, LOVE/HATE) are all currently recovering well in Los Angeles. Grossi and Pearl will do all the LOVE/HATE shows as planned. HOOKERS 'N' BLOW are currently working on rescheduling the missed date late May or early June. The new dates will be posted at www.hookersnblowme.com."

Dizzy Reed had previously told Splat about the incident, "I am very thankful all of my friends and associates are alive and survived this terrible crash with really only miinor injuries. My words of wisdom are simple: as I would have told the drunk moron who plowed in to their van and almost killed my friends: Don't fucking drink and drive under any circumstances."

Jizzy Pearl's description of the accident can be found on his official web site.
