PRIMAL FEAR: Recordings Are '90 Percent' Done

May 6, 2005

German power metallers PRIMAL FEAR have posted the following message on their official web site:

"Recordings in Stuttgart are done. We thank Chalie Bauerfeind [co-producer] for a great partnership in doing this record. We had a fantastic and very creative time and if there will be chance, we will work with Charlie in the future again! We've recorded 12 tracks and 90 percent of the tracks so far are signed, sealed & delivered. The missing 10 percent will be finalized together with Mike Fraser in Vancouver, plus of course the mix & the mastering. We will fly to Canada on Saturday! We're all very satisfied with the outcome and even there are a lot of musical surprises for you, we promise to deliver a 100 percent PRIMAL FEAR metal album! See you soon on the festivals out there!"

PRIMAL FEAR recording the new CD at Germany's House of Music studio and will be mixing the effort later this month at the Warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia with the legendary Mike Fraser (AC/DC, METALLICA, COVERDALE/PAGE, SLIPKNOT, AEROSMITH, THE CULT).

As previously reported, Scrape Records in Vancouver is hosting an in-store signing session with PRIMAL FEAR on Saturday, May 14 at 5:00 p.m.
