PRIMORDIAL: Limited-Edition Picture Disc Released

November 9, 2005

Ireland's Sentinel Records has released a special limited edition 7" picture disc featuring Irish titans PRIMORDIAL and their fledgling Irish counterparts MAEL MORDHA. The picture disc features a live version of PRIMORDIAL's "The Soul Must Sleep" recorded in Vienna, Austria in 2003 and the title track from MAEL MORDHA's recently recorded debut album "Cluain Tarbh".

The release is part of a special series of five split recordings featuring 10 of Ireland's top metal acts. The latest disc is limited to just 500 copies and is available directly from www.sentinelireland.com.

Sentinel Records is Ireland's premier heavy metal and extreme music label. Founded in 2000 with the initial intention of releasing a compilation of Irish metal bands from across the country, Sentinel has developed into an internationally recognized full-service record label with distribution deals throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas. Sentinel also runs a heavy metal mail-order service which supplies releases from both Irish and international artists. In December 2004, Sentinel Records opened its first store located in the heart of Dublin's cultural quarter, Temple Bar.
