QUIREBOYS, TYKETTO, RECKLESS LOVE Confirmed For U.K.'s HARD ROCK HELL V

February 1, 2011

Hard Rock Hell V, proudly sponsored by Classic Rock, Metal Hammer and Rock Radio will take place back at Prestatyn Sands, on December 2-4, 2011.

After last year's sold-out Thursday night, this year's event will actually start on December 1 for the die-hard Hard Rock Hell loyal. Like last year, the Thursday night fancy dress debauchery will continue this year for an unforgettable rock and roll experience.

The lineup and theme has again been down to the punters' vote (Hard Rock Hell vets),which will be leaked out over the next few months. It will contain glam, sleaze, NWOBHM, young blood, thrash, metal, classic rock and a touch of blues. It will stage about 62 bands over the three days, so be rest assured you'll get, yet again, another 360 Hard Rock Hell experience. Combine that with the crowd and camaraderie that goes down there and you get an idea what Hard Rock Hell is all about.

All four of Hard Rock Hell's previous events have sold out in record speed and this one sold more than 40 percent in the first six hours of going on sale.

The first batch of bands is now confirmed:

QUIREBOYS
TYKETTO
DAN BAIRD
RECKLESS LOVE

This year's Hard Rock Hell has been themed as "Village of the Damned" — again, the people's choice — so you can expect some wild dressing up all through the weekend.
