RAM To Be Joined By NIFELHEIM Bassist For Upcoming Performance

RAM, the Swedish "traditional" heavy metal band featuring Leif Larsson (bass, ex-FROZEN EYES) and Morgan Pettersson (drums, ex-B-THONG),will be performing live in Halmstad, Sweden on March 27. Also appearing will be DESTINY, DEVIL LEE ROT and BULLET. "Unfortunately, Leif will not be able to play so Tyrant from the legendary cult black metal act NIFELHEIM will handle the bass this one time," according to an official press release. RAM released their debut EP, "Sudden Impact", last September through their web site, www.ram-metal.com. The group, whose lineup is completed by Harry Granroth (guitar),Daniel Johansson (guitar),and Oscar Carlquist (vocals),describe their sound as "a blend of JUDAS PRIEST, BLACK SABBATH and IRON MAIDEN, but with a strong original feel throughout all of the material."
