RAMMSTEIN and SLIPKNOT have reportedly been confirmed to appear at a brand new German festival called Off Limits, which is scheduled to take place on August 31st at Festwiese in Leipzig and on September 1st at Georg-Melches-Stadion in Essen. More information will be made available shortly.
