June 27, 2007

REIGN OF VENGEANCE, the new Arizona-based death metal project featuring Mark Kozuback (VEHEMENCE),Marshall Beck (REBIRTH, DESCEND, ex-VEXATION) and Ken "Sorceron" (ABIGAIL WILLIAMS),is currently seeking a touring drummer before issuing its first EP. The group plans on playing local dates to support the release.

REIGN OF VENGEANCE's debut EP, which is expected later this summer, will be "a concept album telling a grizzly tale about a man murdering his fiancee that he found to be cheating on him with a 'friend,'" according to the group. "After the woman is brutally and descriptively butchered the man then waits a few years and releases his torments on his friend's then established and happy family of wife and kids."

Two songs from the upcoming EP — "A Friendly Favor Returned" and "Into the Desert" — are available for streaming via the band's official MySpace page.
