ROB ZOMBIE, ALICE COOPER Interviewed On 97.1 THE EAGLE (Video)

October 25, 2010

Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper were interviewed by Cindy Scull of the 97.1 The Eagle radio station when they played at the Freakers Ball 2010 on Saturday, October 23 at Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie, Texas. You can now watch the chat below.

Zombie and Cooper kicked off the Halloween Hootenanny tour on September 30 in Los Angeles, hitting the road together for three weeks. The trek followed a short run the pair did together this past summer.

Zombie recently announced that his next movie as a director will be called "The Lords Of Salem". It's a thriller set in contemporary Salem, where the inhabitants receive a demonic visit from a 300-year old coven of witches. Zombie will write the script while on his upcoming concert tour circuit, and will shoot next year.

The rocker/filmmaker released a deluxe edition of his latest album, "Hellbilly Deluxe 2", on September 28. It contains three new tracks, an alternate version of "The Man Who Laughs", a brand new video for "Mars Needs Women", a live version of Cooper's classic "School's Out" performed with Cooper, and a 30-minute DVD featuring a tour documentary.

A seven-inch single of Alice Cooper's song "Keepin' Halloween Alive!" will be released on special glow-in-the-dark vinyl in a limited edition of 2,300 copies. Of those 2,300, only 1,450 will be available for sale, in the U.S. ONLY! The remaining copies will be used for promotional materials and pre-orders in the U.K and the U.S. to promote the release of Alice's new DVD, "Theatre Of Death".

The limited-edition vinyl is available direct from AliceCooper.com for U.S. fans. The item can only be shipped to the U.S. No international orders will be accepted from AliceCooper.com.
